RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

This Return and Refund policy applies to all purchases made through the website of our online product store, www.Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk - We highly value our customers and are committed to providing you with the best customer service. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help you rectify the situation.

 

1. *Return Period*: You can return the purchased item within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO UNITS WHICH HAVE BEEN BRANDED / PERSONALISED WITH YOUR CUSTOM LOGO AND / OR INSTRUCTIONS.

 

2. *Non-returnable Items*: Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom-made items including items which have been branded with a supplied logo and / or custom instructions.

3. *Proof of Purchase*: Please provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item.

 

4. *Initiating a Return*: To initiate a return, please contact us by email using info@Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk - Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for your return in your communication. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

 

5. *Shipping Costs*: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, any of your costs of return shipping will not be refunded, we will also deduct from your refund our original cost of shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

6. *Refunds*: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days. If an order is cancelled before the item is shipped, we will deduct 10% of the order value net of vat as a re-stocking / administration fee. If you cancel an order (before it is shipped) once we have created artwork for you which enables you to place your brand on your unit/s ordered, we will also charge you a 10% cancellation fee for administration work undertaken on your order. 

 

7. *Exchanges*: Exchanges are only allowed if the item you received is defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need to exchange it for the same item.

 

8. *Lost or Stolen Packages*: www.Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. By placing an order at www.Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk - you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to www.Umbrella-Dryer.co.uk.
